We understand not all pets will react or accept the supplement the same. That's why we offer a money-back guarantee, available as long as the product is within the expiration date and the container is not empty. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com with photos and detailed information as to why the product didn't work out for you.
We will process your refund, or exchange, and you can gift the rest of your canister to a furriend who may benefit from it.
